How do I place an order with you?

If you require a bespoke piece of furniture or bigger project, please contact us through our contact page. We can go through the details with you, provide any drawings, and we request a 30% deposit in order to start manufacture. The remaining 70% to be paid upon completion.

Do you design and make everything in London?

Yes, everything is designed, sourced, and hand crafted in our West London workshop. We use locally sourced wood.

Do you deliver?

We provide the total package including delivery. The delivery will usually be built into your quote if outside London. Usually delivery is free over a certain project amount within 5 miles of our workshop in London.

Can you come to my home or business and for a design visit before I decide to commission you?

We are always happy to meet potential customers, and in fact recommend a design visit. Design visits within 5 miles or 30 minutes journey from our workshop are charged at £50 flat fee for a 30 minute initial consultation. This will be refundable later from your total if you go ahead with a piece of furniture or project.

Can you provide samples of materials and finishes?

We usually have some small samples we ca along to any visit. Get in touch prior to the visit if you have anything particular in mind as we may need to order and charge a small fee.

How long will it take my furniture to be ready?

Our current lead time for a single free standing piece of furniture is approximately 4 weeks.

Can I come and view your furniture prior to placing an order?

We do not have a showroom (hopefully one day) as we operate a lean production and maximise the space in our workshop for our machines and stock. We can accommodate workshop visits from time to time if required.
